Marla is a legal guardian/con artist who takes over the assets and decision-making of elderly clients who have no family, sending them to retirement homes, selling their possessions, and pocketing the proceeds. She and her partner set their sights on a wealthy mark, Ms. Peterson. But the lady is not who they thought she was, and their actions have disturbed the plans of a crime lord. A sinister, yet darkly funny cat-and-mouse game between Marla and the mobster ensues.
