Genius engineering graduate Thom is recruited by Walter, an art dealer, to help him reclaim a salvaged treasure that was taken from him by the Spanish government. The treasure is being held for a limited time in the impenetrable vault of The Bank of Spain, which has been an engineering mystery for centuries.
