Film director and fashion designer Tom Ford (“A Single Man”) writes and directs this adaptation of Austin Wright’s 1993 novel “Tony and Susan.” Oscar®-nominee Amy Adams stars as Susan Morrow, a woman who unexpectedly receives a book manuscript from her ex-husband, who she left decades earlier. Susan becomes captivated by the fictional thriller, which centres on a character named Tony Hastings (Oscar®-nominee Jake Gyllenhaal) whose family vacation is marred by violence. The manuscript forces Susan to re-examine her relationship with her ex-husband. Michael Shannon, Isla Fisher and Armie Hammer also star.
